  The title borrows from the age old conflict of instincts and civilizations. A juxtaposition of expression through images belonging to different space and time brings us to this point. Surge is a kind of jump, a hasty leap. We are humans and then men but in reality we are men and then human. A nude symbolizes purity of form and expectance of acceptance that I will accept the being as it is in the purest form in modern world the distinction between abuse and appreciation to such a thing is getting into more confusing state. Yet we need to take a leap to refrain ourselves from abusing such purity. The woman or the nude or the untouched lies in her own right to choose. We must take that leap so that we be the humans before being the men.
